Returns will only be considered where a product is found to be faulty or materially different from the specifications agreed at the time of purchase Customers must report any such issue within 30 days of receiving the product
Products that have been custom-built, specially configured or modified according to a customer’s requirements are not eligible for return unless the fault is directly related to our workmanship or manufacturing
Where a return has been approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and may be subject to inspection Return transportation costs may apply where the reason for the return is not the result of an error or defect attributable to Daleview Tractor and Trailers
